The evening meal is served at 6:30. Fine cuisine enhances the camaraderie of recounting the day's activities. A featured soup or salad may be followed by marinated pork tenderloin with fresh apricot peach chutney. On another evening you may enjoy herb-crusted halibut with a crab and bourbon reduction. Barley eggplant torte or red lentil tofu spring folls are among the thoughtfully prepared vegetarian entrees. Guests often ask for our recipes. Our cookbook, A Cache of Recipes, is available for purchase.   We are far from sources of supply. If you notify us when making your reservation, we are able to assist with most special diets.  Neither lodge has a liquor license. You are welcome to bring your own bottle.
