Meals Worth Gathering For.

The Dining Experience

Breakfast and dinner are served in our timber-framed dining room at long, family-style tables, where guests, hosts, and naturalist guides gather to share the day. Each meal features a thoughtfully prepared entrée, with vegetarian options always available.

The breakfast bell rings at 7:30 AM, offering a mix of hearty, house-made fare, from sourdough pancakes with lingonberries to herb-infused egg dishes, alongside a generous breakfast bar. While you dine, our kitchen prepares your trail lunch, complete with house-baked breads, fresh ingredients, and homemade treats to enjoy wherever the day leads.

After a day exploring Denali, return for a three-course dinner at 6:30 PM. Seasonal dishes highlight local ingredients, from Alaskan seafood to garden-grown vegetables, all complemented by fresh bread and house-made desserts. Evenings are as much about storytelling and connection as they are about the meal itself.

Alcohol

We do not provide alcohol or soft drinks during your stay. Guests are welcome to bring their own or place an order ahead of time for advance delivery to Camp Denali. Please call our office for additional information.
